What to expect with a roof inspection?
Our inspector will greet you and walk the perimeter of the home first. If you have / had a leak we will need to see the area inside where the water came into the house. We then set up a ladder safely and climb onto your roof to perform the inspection. We walk the roof and look for broken tiles and other visible issues. We also remove tiles and check the condition of the roofing underlayment as well as the flashings in areas we know to be problematic. We take pictures during the inspection and prepare a list of recommendations that we go over with you.
Even though our inspection is very thorough we do not have x-ray vision, there are things that can come up during the repair process that are not visible during an inspection.
